It’s been a long time since I got to lead worship at midtown, but I’m getting back in the mix this weekend. I didn’t realize how much I would miss that part of my role…
From praying over the songs to singing in my office to practicing with the team…all of it leading up to interacting with folks in worship and the presence of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit…I’ve had a good week already, and we’ve only just finished practice!
I can hardly wait for Sunday morning.
If you’ve made it this far in the post, now would be a good time for me to remind you that Calvary midtown is meeting at the building we own (1250 University Dr) this weekend, not at the State Theatre. We love being at the State, but they have something else booked in there this weekend. 11:15, 1250 University Dr, worship, preaching, communion, baptisms…it’s going to be a great weekend!
