I have been reading Tolkien’s works every year since I was 12. They never grow old. I never fail to be struck by a sense of adventure, community, passion and purpose, the battle between good and evil. I throw myself into the story, wanting to be part of the Fellowship, longing to be part of something great, to make a difference in the world. The Quest–life worth living.
